The official #MLAF18 will feature food trucks music, entertainment, dozens of exhibitors including publishers, local organizations, and vendors. Interested in exhibiting your book, organization, or products at the #MLAF18 street fair? Read on. The Street Fair is made possible by our partners Literacy Mid-South, hosts of the original Mid-South Book Fair (2014-2016).


$150 General Registration
$75 Registration for 501(c)3 Organizations

Completed applications are due no later than June 1 to avoid late registration fees. Booths are available on a first come, first served basis.

The exhibition hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 16.  Vendor booths must remain in operation throughout these hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Vendors who cancel will receive a refund for cancellations through June 1. Cancellations made after June 1 will receive NO REFUND.

Space Criteria:
Space for vendors is limited. Vendors will be assigned to one 10’x10’ booth space outdoors under a tent on Monroe Avenue between Madison Avenue & Orleans Street. We will provide one table and two chairs for each booth.

Set-Up & Registration:
Vendors will receive specific instructions regarding registration, unloading, and setting up their booth prior to the event.

Please submit the form below to reserve your space and select your payment method. Payment must be received by June 1, 2018 in order to fully confirm your space. If payment is not received by June 1, your space will be forfeited.
